Pippa can:

• Deal with the whole submissions process for a client, from the drafting of submissions through to profiles.
• Set up templates and best-practice guidelines;
• Review and/or draft submissions.
• Liaise with and coach partners on best practice, including conducting mock interviews.
• Organise interviews and subsequent follow-up with legal directory researchers and partners.
• Assist the firm in controlling the process to the best of the firm’s ability.

How involved Pippa is with the submissions process is entirely dictated to by the client. 

Clients may prefer to draft their own submissions and send these for review, or they may prefer to engage Pippa’s services purely for face-to-face meetings with partners and BD/marketing teams for roundtable Q&A sessions which help to demystify the process and assist fee-earners and marketing teams to see things from a researcher’s perspective. She has already successfully done this for partners in the UK, US and Continental Europe. 

Much of the same methodology and perspective is used for legal awards as is used for the directories process. Pippa can draft or reviews submissions as well as deliver strategic advice on what the judges are looking for. Her work on this area has led to many shortlistings domestically and globally as well as

awards for the British Legal Awards Private Client Law Firm of the Year, Best Planning Project of the Year for Planning Magazine including the ‘Overall Silver Jubilee Cup’ for her award entry, and The Lawyer’s Law Firm of the Year – Central Europe.
